Binary MLM software places every new member under one of two legs, so your downline stays balanced and every team member has a clear position. Commission is calculated on the weaker leg, with matching bonuses and carry-forward rules configured to your compensation plan.
Structure and placement rules
Each distributor can hold only two direct members — a left leg and a right leg. Any additional member spills over into the first available position below, which keeps the tree balanced even when one side grows faster.
Because both legs matter, the software tracks leg volume continuously. When a pair is matched, the configured pair bonus is credited, and unmatched volume either carries forward to the next cycle or expires — both behaviours are configurable per plan.

Member joins with a sponsor
The new member is placed in the sponsor’s left or right leg, or automatically spilled over to the first open position if the sponsor is full.
Leg volume accumulates
Every qualifying purchase or joining amount adds volume to the leg. The system keeps separate left and right counters in real time.
Pairs are matched
When both legs hold enough volume, a pair is matched and the pair bonus is credited to the member wallet after any configured deductions.
Carry-forward or flush
Unmatched volume is carried to the next cycle, or flushed at the end of the day — whichever your plan document specifies.

A fixed amount or percentage per matched pair of left and right volume.
